There is no extra spending requirement for appreciation offers. They apply to standard-priced residential cleaning, including visits priced at our normal $150 standalone visit minimum. We set the service price first, then take off your appreciation discount—even when that brings the total below the visit minimum. Each percentage is limited to the dollar cap shown.
Only one promotional discount applies per visit. Appreciation, new-customer, returning-customer, and maintenance offers cannot be combined with each other or with the Bundle Discount. Residential offers do not apply to commercial contracts.
Appreciation discounts apply to eligible cleaning services. Taxes, travel charges, disposal charges, and other pass-through costs are not discounted.
Earned bin credit is a separate bundle benefit. Up to $40 in new and saved bin credits combined may be redeemed per visit, after your appreciation discount. A credit can reduce the amount due further. See bin-credit details.
Your estimate lists the work, any qualifying discount, any bin credit, and the final amount due before booking. Submitting a request does not book work.
