Yes, you can request an estimate in any season. The actual work depends on suitable temperatures, weather, surfaces, and access. If freezing conditions, storms, or other conditions make a visit unsuitable, we’ll discuss another time. A preferred date on an inquiry is not a confirmed appointment.

Absolutely. We offer house washing, concrete driveways and walkways, patios, vinyl and suitable wood fences, accessible gutter cleanouts, and empty garbage or recycling bins as a same-visit add-on. Choose a few areas or ask about a bundle—we’ll put the included work into one clear quote.

Pressure washing relies more on water pressure to loosen buildup. Soft washing generally pairs lower water pressure with a suitable cleaning solution. Durable concrete and house siding can need different approaches. We review the material, finish, and condition before confirming the method; high pressure is not suitable for every surface.

A standard house wash covers suitable siding, accessible trim and soffits, and exterior gutter brightening. Your estimate identifies the actual areas and any access limitations. Inside gutter cleanouts, detailed window cleaning, roof cleaning, and other unlisted work are separate. A house wash is a cleaning service, not a repair or repainting service.

The products depend on the surface and the buildup. Options may include surface-compatible detergents and, where appropriate, a diluted sodium hypochlorite cleaner—commonly called bleach—for organic staining. We confirm the products, method, and relevant precautions for your property before work. Tell us about materials or areas that need special consideration.

Please point out landscaping, ponds, sensitive finishes, and other concerns when requesting your estimate. The plan needs precautions appropriate to the selected product and the site. Keep people and pets outside the work area until the required rinsing, drying, and any product-specific re-entry conditions are met. We’ll discuss the arrangements before cleaning.

Not always. Standard cleaning does not guarantee removal of every stain. Rust, oil, oxidation, worn finishes, and unusually heavy buildup may need a separate assessment or may leave marks. We’ll discuss visible concerns and likely limitations before you approve the work. Restoration, sealing, and specialty treatments are separately assessed.

Exterior gutter brightening is included with house soft washing. Inside cleanouts are separate and cover accessible leaf and debris removal, basic clearing of reachable above-ground downspouts, practical flow checks, and collection of removed debris. The quote confirms disposal. Guard removal, repairs, and underground drainage need separate assessment.

Close windows and doors, arrange gate access, and move vehicles and small personal items from the agreed work area. Keep pets away from the cleaning area. Let us know about loose siding, peeling finishes, leaks, delicate items, or other concerns. We’ll discuss larger items and any extra preparation beforehand—you do not need to climb up to inspect anything for an estimate.

Our starting prices assume reasonable access and a usable outdoor water supply. If water is unavailable, restricted, or difficult to reach, tell us before the quote so we can assess whether the job can be arranged and what it would involve.

It depends on the areas being cleaned, their size and condition, and the access. A house-and-driveway visit is different from a larger bundle with fences and gutters. We’ll discuss the expected time frame with your quote and confirm the visit together. Weather or conditions discovered on site may affect timing.

$150 is our lowest standard price for a standalone residential visit. It is part of the total for your cleaning, not an extra $150 fee. Larger jobs and services with higher starting prices receive their own quote.

Add-ons are smaller areas cleaned during the same visit as another service. Walkways can be added from $35 and empty trash bins for $20 each, with no separate $150 minimum. A standalone walkway visit starts at $150; patios start at $150. We confirm one total before you book.

Bundles are tailored to your property, with 15% off eligible cleaning up to $75. Your quote lists the included work and final price after reviewing photos or an on-site assessment. Discounts cannot be combined. Each named bundle includes up to two empty household bin cleanings, with the option of $20 credit for each unused included bin cleaning, up to $40. Yes. We serve homeowners, businesses, and community properties throughout Greenville, Spartanburg, and nearby Upstate communities. Commercial visits start at $250, with tailored estimates for building exteriors, entrances, concrete walkways, shared patios, fences, and accessible gutters. Residential promotions do not apply to commercial contracts. Request a commercial estimate.

One-time cleaning is for the areas you want cleaned now, with no future visits to arrange.

Recurring care helps you keep up with the property through planned visits and reminders. Choose an annual refresh, spring-and-fall care, or ask us to recommend a schedule. Each visit covers the work your property needs.
